This was my first time going to the Phoenix Express in Stow. When I walked in to my surprise there weren't very many people but as soon as they took our order they were very busy at work. I wanted to try the Sushi Omakase after seeing pictures online. I thought I would have to travel at least 15-45 minutes to get this sushi anywhere else and was very pleased to see this here. What a hidden gem! Highly suggest this place, the customer service was top tier and they even came out and explained each piece of sushi to us! It was like art! Very enjoyable and highly recommended. Not as good as it was in the past. Had it delivered asap once they opened for the day and food was cold and congealed when we got it. The Chinese food is pretty bad this time around. General tso taste like plastic and it's not spicy, The sweet and sour chicken is pretty average, tempura taste like water that is fried in oil has zero flavor and the gyoza flavor taste like it was frozen. Honestly I don't know what the sushi is like BUT the Chinese food is HORRIBLE Panda Express is better and cheaper. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
