Food is mediocre. Service is always awful. They mess up and don't make it right. Never again . Sad it use to be good

The service is always like they are to busy to deal with you, once they bring your food you don't see them again but they like to joke and talk to the other tables. You may get lucky and get better service but it's been the same every time I've been there.

Gotta get breakfast here. Dennis the morning cook is magical. Staff on the floor are welcoming and the bartenders make you feel like a regular.

Julie Scott sucks as a waitress. She had a total attitude with the 4 of us. Extremely poor service. Do not get her as your server! We gave a tip to the cook Dennis and hostess Shari. $ 20.00 tip given. She wasn't busy just pissy. I have worked many holidays, customer service is what keeps you in a job as a waitress.

Took a few visits for this place to warm up to me. Once you've been seen a few times its just like I expected, a small town casino where the employees are your friends. Good atmosphere with small town charm makes gambling here a pleasure.

Just go these days for the food, it's not bad and if you're nice to the staff, the substitution or custom build-to-order is not out of the question. My fries are always on point crispy, and hot and my to-go orders are always handled with top customer service. *Even with a high turnover of staff (** I work 3wk to 3m. OOS) I constantly receive the same service. (***resident since 1994) poto next order lol

First time there good food but the gambling wasn't in my favor...if it ever is I would be surprised. I will be back again for another steak dinner soon

We are regular customers to this casino and their restaurant. Their staff is really friendly. We enjoy the food and the prices are much lower than other restaurants in Fernley. (The waitress Crystal is the best.) The bar service is fantastic. The Casino has a lot of different games to choose from.

From the casino to the restaurant and everything in between..... Every single person I ran into has been beyond polite and super hospitable!!!! I know casinos are a dime a dozen in Nevada, bit this one takes the main prize!!!!! Thank each and every one of ya!!!!
