The pizza is usually spot on and ready by the time I arrive. Pizza Hut asks if the employees make me feel special...🤣 no, usually they make me feel like I'm interrupting them. But the Pizza is tasty, and fast...and the app is the best. Use the app for easy Pizza orders and a lists of all current deals. Great specials regularly. Update...they served me and my family rotten sauce and made us ill. They emailed apologies and a claim of a credit that didn't happen. Filthy inside. Rude workers. I'm going back to homemade pizza after the disgusting illness from this filth hole. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food and service were okay. The problem happened with the bill. My husband had asked for a second beer which was never received. When he asked for the charge to be removed, the poor cashier had to ask a manager who stated loudly enough for us to hear, "They're just trying to get something for free" CHECK THE TABLE! It's not as if you bus them immediately! Service Dine in

The workers their when order for delivery can't take the time to write address for door dash wow after saying I'll write down on receipt for delivery so the address correctly for the driver's so food shows up cold wow Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I called trying to order. We live in Jay just past the Wilton Jay town lines, about 11 minutes out. I call it the pizza dead zone. Dominos also won't deliver here which is equally sad but the key difference is in customer service. Dominos employees were kind and genuine in informing me they did not deliver, the pizza hut employee who answered on the other hand was a female dog about it, however. In addition to that dominos simply makes better pizza, doesn't outsource their calls, and doesn't play ads for the pizza place I'm currently trying to order from in my ear the entire time I'm 'on hold' to order. If you're thinking about getting pizza in or within 6 or so minutes of Farmington, I recommend either Dominos or Farmington house of pizza over this place everytime without question. Screw this pizza hut in particular Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
