There was a lady who walked in before me, and she was there because they messed up her order as well. The lady sounded confused so I asked serve times to repeat my order. I ordered 2 8 piece boneless wings, They put them together. I ordered a family order of cheese sticks, I got 5. I ordered 3 orders of Cinnabuns They had barely any icing on them, and quite frankly, they Smelt horrible. The young lady that was taken the pieces out of the oven. She was very respectful and kind to help. The young lady at the register was aggravated or annoyed . It appeared to be three high school students working. Then they tell me they charge for sauce when I order all them wings? I’m sorry when it’s been the amount of money that I spent I would never be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As I got a very unsatisfactory response by management from this location, I have never been to a pizza hut this bad. For this instance I ordered for delivery because of covid and got zero notification that my food had been delivered not on my phone or by a simple knock on the door which it states they will do when pressing the contact less delivery method. By the time I got my food it was cold and absolutely disgusting. And after spending close to $100 and them only having to drive 1.1 miles and taking almost 30 min. Every time I order to deliver my food it is absolutely unacceptable to have this level of neglect by management and the drivers for taking this long and wasting customers money and good this way. I am absolutely worried that this has gone on so long and no has fixed this issue. I have worked at pizza hut and I can honestly say without a doubt I would place this one on the very bottom. I ordered some bone in wings and when I went in the store to get the wings then,I drove off and when I opened the wings I had boneless wings! I did NOT order boneless wings! When I called back they said I had to pay another $23 to get what I wanted when it was THERE FAULT on getting my ORDER WRONG!!! They need better training on getting out the right orders!
