This place fricken rocks. We came in and was instantly greeted by two lovely people who promptly got us a beverage and then took whatever specific pizza requests we had that wasn't currently on the buffet. (Which was fresh and already delicious upon arrival.) Definitely coming back, especially for some more of their cheese bread!!! We were in the area doing some shopping and was excited to see a Pizza Inn! We haven't been to one in a long time. They are doing it right here. Fresh pizzas coming out to the buffet non-stop. It had a feel that reminded me of going to pizza places in the 90s. Real low-key with family vibes. The food was really good. Tasted just the pizza inn back home. The workers were awesome. I recently tried Pizza Inn for the first time and I was impressed! The pizza had a great balance of cheese, sauce and toppings, and I loved that they offer a variety of options, including gluten-free crust. It's definitely become one of my favorite pizza joints in Richland Hills. Cold, dry pizza. There were probably 12 pizzas in total but only 4 options-duplicated 3 times. $27 before tip for 2 people, I really struggled to pay considering how low quality everything was, however I felt bad for all the food waste we’d created because we didn’t like a lot of it due to being cold/dry/sitting out. Dessert pizza was really good and hot. Maybe it’s better when there’s a rush and everything is fresh. I do not recommend you going here to eat. The staff were very rude & not following Safe Food Handling procedures. The cook was handling cash & cooking without washing her hands. When I asked to speak to a manager she stuck her tounge out at me. Then told me she wasn't giving me anything. I have a picture....We will not be back....You pay for pizza that is not fit for consumption.....If it was not for customers lady, you would not have a job. Waitress Taylor was not at all helpful. I asked her if I could speak to a manager. .....No manager came to talk to us....Worse Experience I Ever Had!!!!! While the pan pizza isn't EXACTLY the same as the 80s, you'll remember that crust! And the dessert pizzas are fantastic. Not your standard pizza dessert. Especially loved the cherry. Pizza Inn has long been one of the great American chain pizza restaurants; not as big or successful as Pizza Hut, but always far better pizza. Get the original thin crust; it's the way pizza was intended. I should mention, the service at this location was enthusiastic and friendly, too. Good variety of thin crust pizzas. If you don't see what you want and they'll be glad to make you one. Average salad bar. Plain spaghetti and no meat sauce. Chips and cheese for nachos. $25.00 for two with free drink refills. For all you can eat pizza worth the price.
