Really good pizza, but they tend to forget about it when it comes out of the oven maker. They are always in their office. I suggest setting a timer ⏲️. When it rings, box the pizza and wings. Simple fix. Better service put one of those ringer things out front, so customers can get your attention and get service. Another simple fix. my boyfriend and i came from out of town and decided to try this place out. when we walked in, there was this VERY sweet woman working at the counter. we walked to the pizza side of the store and began to order. while she began making our pizza, she explained that they were actually closed, but insisted that she make it anyways. she was running both the store and the pizza place by herself and still managed the absolute best service we have ever had. not to mention, the pizza and wings we ordered were the best we have ever had as well, which being in a gas station, was definitely not expected! will absolutely be back💕💕

I rarely eat at pizza pros normally the foods OK it’s either undercooked or too greasy customer service is OK sometimes they are really rude and sometimes really nice. They hardly ever answer the phone when you called to put in a to go order and I haven’t seen any of them wear their masks
