We went at a busy time so understood the lack of tables but still felt that the teenage boys who were bussing could have moved a little bit quicker, it's very awkward to walk around with a full plate seeking a place to sit while you see dirty tables that could be available.
The food really was decent and the drink selection was fun. The only things that could make it better is if there were toppings for the ice cream and if there were chocolate chip cookie pizzas in the dessert area consistently! Can you tell we have a sweet tooth??
The arcade was fun, there's nothing like Pizza Ranch in the area so we are really glad to have it. Next time we will go will be a Tuesday so our kids can eat for free!

This has got to be the most disgusting Pizza Ranch I have ever seen. There is food everywhere...all over the floor, all over the salad bar, the pizza bar and the chicken bar. A manager has walked over the food on the floor multiple times, without even attempting to clean it up. There is no food on any of the buffets. The line of ppl waiting for food to be put on the buffet is ridiculous. There are no plates or silverware anywhere. There was not one place to sit and a line out the door. When I asked a Manger where ppl should sit becuz there's no where, he said the party room. There was clearly a sign on the door thay said reserved. He removed that thankfully so we could sit down. This has got to be the biggest waste of $60.00 we have spent. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

They will make whatever kind of pizza you want with the purchase of the buffet. The buffet always has many choices of pizza. They also have fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegetables. The salad bar has a good amount of choices. The dessert pizzas and ice cream are my favorite. The price of the buffet includes a drink too.

We made arrangements to have a group of almost 150 adults and high school students. The staff was very well prepared to handle our big group and easy to work with to make these arrangements. They had spaces reserved for us; they have had some pizza ready for tables so that kids could start eating before going through the buffet. The staff kept the buffets fully stocked, even with the big rush of guests. Other staff was working to ensure that dirty plates were quickly picked up from tables. This was one of the smoothest meals that our group had while traveling.

It's easy most of the time we are in Rapid City an easy choice to come to Pizza Ranch for dinner/Supper. The food in the buffet is excellent in my opinion, and I am a picky eater. Staff are friendly and prompt at picking up used plates and asking if there is anything else they can make dinning pleasant.

Visiting from out of town and decided to try this place. We got a large pepperoni pizza to go. It was pretty good. Pepperoni was a bit spicy but other than that, no complaints. We all enjoyed it.

My family and I enjoy going to cici's pizza. This place is like an upgraded cicis, the food was good, the service was friendly, and the place was clean. My kids had a lot of fun. My wife really liked the chicken. We will be back.

It's disgustingly filthy. Here's why. There is no front of the house management and operations. Pretty sure general manager was in the back of the house trying to keep up with food. Every single table was either full of dishes and filth or occupied. That said it was only 50% occupied. When you see staff standing around chitty chatting, debris all over the floor, dried on soda pop on the seats i that's been there a while, you get an air about the ownership, management and staff.
Remember a restaurant isn't closed until the patrons have left. You shouldn't have patrons have to ask for a wet towel and a broom in order to feel comfortable. Which I did because I didn't even want to sit down. Instead of cleaning the table, they put a reserved sign on it instead. Pretty lame. How long does it take to wipe a table down? Thirty seconds at most.
The buffet tables were ignored and gross. Green peppers in cottage cheese, cheese in peas, olives dropped in macaroni salad. .. you get the driift. Food all over the table and it was dried. Clearly been there for hours. Dressings were straight from a bottle.

Worst food experience in rapid city. For $15/pp seriously, go elsewhere. Arby's is better food and way cleaner. Or order a pizza from domino's. I encourage you to enlarge photos for the full experience.

Had my hubby's 50th b-day here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our party room was clean and ready for us. No charge for room. Food was good and they didn't run out of chicken!

We were those customers and came in five minutes till closing. they didn't treat us any different although I'm sure behind the doors they were wishing we would leave soon. They brought out more pizza for us and it was pretty fantastic. We know that you're in a rush to get out but they didn't rush us good people running in place and very attentive. 6/24/18
