The Popeyes location in Lansing, IL needs all new staff. Everytime I come here, there are always 2 to 3 employees standing outside while there are long lines, the orders are never correct and the customer service is poor. Today, I ordered the $6.99 special that includes two pieces of chicken , two sides and a biscuit. I only received one side dish. The chicken was bland and uncooked. I called three times to speak with a Manager but there was no answer. Not to mention, the young lady at the drive-thru window was very rude. She did not greet me, and she did not repeat my order to ensure accuracy. I will no longer be a consumer of this Popeyes location.

Every time I come here food is always fresh and the place is always clean. First thing I do when I walk into any restaurant is check their bathrooms. Clean ever single time and the lady with the short hairstyle is amazing. I don't see how people complain about this location. I never had a bad experience. I always come to this location even though it's further than the one closer to my house. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service here is horrible. They will literally get mad at the customers when there in the wrong. I waited in the mobile pick up line yesterday to get an order I placed, two of the men looked me dead in my face and ignored me, even the manager with pixie cut didn’t even want to acknowledge me because of drive thru as if that’s there ONLY priority, I stood in line for ten minutes waiting for my order that I placed for my mom thirty minutes prior, and I see a bag there the entire time and I’m trying to get someone attention so I can get my order and leave but no one wants acknowledge me so I wait in the standard line and the customer let me go in front of them because they saw how long I was waiting so it’s nice to see someone had basic human decency that night. I will be reporting this because this is the second time this month I’ve ordered food from this location and they act like this for no reason. Everyone at this location needs to take some customer service classes and learn how to communicate better because this ain’t it.

I visit Popeyes often and the atmosphere and the food here is always good. I've never visited a Popeyes where they play old school music and gospel music. The manager on duty was extremely helpful and nice, don't know her name but she always changes her hair color. Hopefully she's there next time I visit! Thank you for a wonderful experience. It’s Popeyes. The food is what you’d expect. The Service is ATROCIOUS!!! I walked in at 3:22 to pick up my UE order. It’s 3:39 and I’m still waiting to be serviced. The cashier is literally the SLOWEST person I have ever encountered. Just sad. So sad. 3:49- Just leaving. Thank God the manager came in and started helping. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a family meal to dine in. We are at the table taking the food out and I noticed there is no trays in the bag.So I tell my daughter to get some trays and apparently the cashier has a nasty attitude and says she can’t give us a tray. Then I go up there and she says it’s a part of her inventory. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH FOOLISHNESS IN MY LIFE. So I said refund my $29 cause POPEYES AINT IN MY INVENTORY EITHER…. The chicken sandwich was so soggy, when I went to take off the mayo the entire top breading came off with it. The bottom half of the chicken didn't even have breading, it was a gooey substance, there was literally breading on the outside tips of both ends. That's it. We had 3 chkn sandwiches like that! We paid over $30 just to eat the sides. Didn't feel comfortable after seeing the gooey uncooked portion of the bottom half! Too EXPENSIVE for this goo! Didn't feel comfortable going inside to take it back. 😕 The drive thru had already given us an attitude bc their speaker was spotty so we had to keep repeating ourselves! We will just have to wait for the one by our house to get remodeled after there was some sort of kitchen fire or something. The food there is awesome and service is 💯...
