We have been ordering from them for years but the last several times costumer service has been awful. They seem to have gotten a new computer system, since then orders have been mixed up every time. Tonight called and tried to place a order and they informed me they don't deliver to my address. Delivered here before but fine then guy on phone said that their phones were bad and hung up on me. When we called you couldn’t tell what he was saying and he couldn’t tell what we were saying. Awful service took 5 minutes to order. We waited for hours and our pizza never showed up. Never ordering from her again! Service Delivery Service: 1

Primo's is an independent pizza shop in Carbondale, Illinois. I prefer their thin crust "tavern style " pizza. Their original crust slices are tasty, but often, the cheese slides off the slice. As a person who grew up in NYC, I like a foldable slice. If the crust on the original crust slices were a little crisper, that pizza would be excellent. We placed our order expecting a 45 minute wait and we were the only dine-in customers. 70 minutes went by and our food had still not been called out as ready. When we went to the counter to ask about it, the food had been sitting on the shelf in the kitchen and long enough for it to have gone cold and soggy. I mean soaked-through-the-box soggy. Primo's used to be a favorite when we lived closer and we were looking forward to it. Quality has gone down significantly in addition to them having removed some menu staples.
