Very disappointed with the latest cake I got from Publix. We've never had an issue with Publix bakery, and we've been using them for several years now. We ordered a pull apart game on cake. It cost over $50, and this is what it looked like. It's not even like this was a difficult cake to detail! It is a very basic white cake with a game controller, and somehow they seemed to mess it up. My 7 year old was happy with it, but I was not. I could have detailed this cake better myself. This would be something I could expect from someone if it was a cheap $15-20 cake. The amount of detail and unevenness with the game controller is definitely not worth $52. If I had not prepaid for the cake and had time for them to redo the cake I would most definitely pitched a fit and made them redo this cake. I did not ask for a redo or refund, but I should have. Lesson learned from this experience is to find a professional bakery that specializes in cakes from here out!

This is the most fabulous place to shop. Everything is fresh, there is plenty of help to find items if you need it and cashier's and Managers are extremely nice and helpful.

As always it was nice. I've never had a problem in this store. They are more expensive than Walmart but cheaper than the new store by the mall. I love Wednesdays because it $5 sushi day. I love their sushi.

My visit was to the Publix pharmacy. In the past, prescriptions had been filled quickly and were consistent in pricing. Over the last couple of months it can take up to a week between a prescription being turned in and its being ready. There have also been wild fluctuations in pricing.

Deli and bakery are awesome. Deli has a subway style sub counter and they use boar's head brand freshly sliced meats.

Very nice employees, today was my first day as an instacart shopper and it was a super busy day inside the store. I was kind of confused on how to use my instacart card at check out as the instructions from the app were not clear. The cashiers were very nice to me about it even while I was holding up their line and bagged me up and took me to customer service where the woman working walked me through how to use it and finished checking me out. The rest of the day as I came back to the store to complete more orders all the employees I interacted with were very nice and working hard.

I love going to Publix, especially for produce. I get the fruit bowls and can't wait to get home to eat the fresh fruit. I have never gotten any fruit or vegetables from Publix that wasn't fresh tasting. The bakery and deli are very good, and the workers at Publix are always willing to help. I will say Publix is higher on price for groceries than other stores in the area. And it is a drive out of my way to go to Publix. That is the down faults I have with Publix.

This is a great Publix location. Very convenient to asheville, rainbow city, and gadsden. The employees are friendly and the store is well stocked, and parking is pretty convenient. It's right on the corner of a major intersection, so getting in and out can sometimes be slow going. It's not the biggest Publix in existence, but it is not badly sized for the area that it serves. The floral department, in particular, has been pretty impressive.
