The line always takes forever. This is not "fast" food. The menu is limited and only appeals to a couple of my kids. So, we end up having to go to multiple places since their menu is so limited. A week ago

Food is good, we were inside dining for an hour and the spilled soda never got mopped. Staff put 2 yellow caution cones around it when it happened. Manager saw it from the get go but was too busy laughing in the kitchen. Well done!
