Had high hopes for this place especially because the staff on the phone were so pleasant, It was a beautiful place but unfortunately it was not a good experience. Came with a younger group, three 21 three 20, as soon as we walked in we were told they could not accommodate us and we had to sit outside in the cool November air. There was a party happening outside as well so that might have been apart of the problem, as soon as we sat down they asked for all of our IDs (despite the fact we called ahead to confirm that those are aren’t 21 we’re still welcome) and said they don’t offer much for those who aren’t 21. We were there to celebrate my friends 21st birthday but instead we were greeted with unfriendly service and toddler treatment. I love supporting local business and this is a cute place, but the customer service aspect could use some work. My friends and I tried the Monday night spaghetti night recently. We made a reservation a week ahead (highly recommend doing that) and when we arrived the hostess berated us for not leaving a phone number to confirm the reservation with. We were not asked to leave a phone number when making the res so we weren’t at fault. It set a strange tone for the evening as it was brought up multiple times. Spaghetti was good though.
