Although they were kinda slow to get to us, the food was amazing. Clean environment. Lots of kids around. Great drinks from the bar!

Was very disappointed with the staff during my most recent trip here. I haven’t been in a long time, but generally the atmosphere and the staff are pretty friendly and the food is always good. This time, the portions were much smaller, but still tasty; the service was awful. The hostess was rude and said nothing. She seemed annoyed to even have to be at work, she avoided being even the slightest bit helpful and didn’t even ask if we needed boosters/high chairs for our kids and sped off too fast for us to even be able to ask her. Mind you, it was not even remotely busy. Our server wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either. As a former server, I found this to be incredibly off putting. If I would’ve treated my customers that way, in another big chain restaurant, I would’ve gotten torn a new one by my boss for not providing good customer service. Very disappointed. Probably won’t choose to go there again anytime soon.

Have ordered take out multiple times now on the Red Robin app, and it’s been a great experience from start to finish each time. Food is ready right when it is promised, and is fresh and hot. The tsunami shrimp has an amazing batter on it, the burgers are great, and the chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The roasted garlic aioli is delightful as well. Ability to order an extra fry with the meal is an awesome bonus! Will definitely be a frequent flyer here for the foreseeable future.

Service was excellent food was great. Took my daughter's car to see how it handles in snowy weather only to end up with a flat tire. One of the workers came out and offered to help my husband and me change it. We also noticed he was going to come check on us as we had just finished. Thank you so much Red Robin worker.

Top quality service! The bartender went out of her way to let me know they had an Athletic N/A IPA. The pizza was great and cut in squares! The fried pickles were cooked to perfection! The Scorpion burger was good but had too many ingredients. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.

Great burgers. Food was done fast and cooked to perfection. Husband had the gluten-free Royal Red Robin burger. Big tasty bun! Customer Service was great too.
