Food is always amazing! However the fries are suppose to be bottomless, yet all 3 of me and my party ran out of fries in the first 5 minutes of having food(gave us each like maybe 5 fries TOTAL) and never got us more, even when I asked for a to go thing and she seen ALL of us had ZERO fries left she just said have a good day. Lovely waitress, the food came quickly, it was super tasty. Red Robin is a successful chain for a reason- they know what they're doing and they do it well. Consistent quality and generous portions. My wife and I went to Red Robin for the first time in years because we had a gift card. The food was all excellent and my wife and I both ordered a different meal and split them because we couldn't choose. The waitress (can't remember her name) was very personable and helped us make our choices. Both meals were made perfectly and the waitress was very attentive to us throughout the meal. I ordered online pickup from the active menu. Got the Black & Bleu burger, Burnin' Love burger, Sweet Potato fries, & Pub Pretzel Bites. All four were bomb, but the Burnin' Love tastes like the feet of God & will always be my fav. Service was fast & didn't take the 18 minute pick up time it stated. Had a beer while I waited & the staff were all friendly. Quick service, good food, welcoming employees. Only way to make RR any better would be to bring back that shake with the Nutella & chocolate rice krispies. We walked into Red Robin and it smelt awful. We got seated and our waitress said she would be right over. 10 minutes later we didn’t even order our drinks. We got burgers for lunch. I went to bite into mine and I pulled a hair out of my cheese. Then to add on top of it I had a fuzzy on my fries. Asked for a little pink in the burger and it was nothing like we asked for, it was a lot of pink. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. What in the world happened to this place? This has been one of my favorites for years even though it’s somewhere I visit a couple times a year. I’ve been getting the same burger for a very long time. It used to be really good. Now we have a hard crunchy bun, the overall size has been reduced to that of a whopper jr. I can’t believe this burger cost the same price and it is equal to something you would find for $2 anywhere else. Fries are now tiny servings and even tiny fries about 1 inch long each. My husband, son and I had lunch there about an hour ago. Food was great as everytime. Our server Greg, was amazing. Very friendly, made a honey and mango tea for the first time for me and IT WAS GREAT! Definitely another great experience. Seriously loved Greg's personality! Having a good waiter/waitress is a big part of what makes a good experience. He was wonderful! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice Crew,they were all helpful and Happy. The order was filled quickly and right. The food was hot and Great . The place was extremely clean. It was Great for the whole family. Location was easy to locate with Google maps. All in all Great Crew,great location and Great food. Thank you
