Bijzonder restaurant in een prachtig kasteel in de Limburgse heuvels. Heerlijke verrassende gerechten en bijzonder gastvrij ontvangst. Zeker de moeite waard om een keer te bezoeken
Grandioos! Top amuses, hoog op smaak. Veel vis in het menu met geweldige sauzen. Personeel uitmuntend. Vooral een zeer groot compliment naar de sommelier, Philipp Bock. Hij heeft onze avond nog veel mooier gemaakt. Echt verwend!
Ein unglaublich gutes Lokal, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Jung und dynamisch, weltklasse-Küche, exzellenter Service, gemütlich, geschichtsträchtig, royal. Einfach ein perfektes Restaurant! Insbesondere der Sommelier hat mit fantastischem Weinpairing, fundierter Kenntnis und ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit beeindruckt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich immer und ist jeden Euro wert! Hartelijk bedankt! Het was geweldig.
Geweldige beleving! Wat een mooie locatie, gastvrije mensen en een eet ervaring om niet te vergeten. De kraakverse producten worden schitterend bereid; perfecte sauzen en borden vol kunst. Dit team staat als een huis. Wijnkaart is geweldig; voor iedereen keus.
Gutes 2 Sterne Restaurant im schönen Château Wittem. Hochwertige Speisen und ein freundliches Personal. Alles war tadellos .
