I only write reviews when truly necessary. This experience was truly awful. The staff was incredibly rude and cold. No one greeted us or approached us to take an order for over 15 min. (Don’t ask why we stayed).We placed our order only to learn 30 min later they didn’t even have what my boyfriend ordered. We asked for water and were never given water but they attempted to charge us for it. Everyone was preoccupied by furniture that was being delivered .. and the delivery guys food was served before ours. The waitress girls went outside and began to help unloading chairs while ignoring us customers sitting inside for over 25 minutes. The customer service was just HORRIBLE.. don’t waste your time. It’s sad to see what seems like a family or tight knit restaurant behave this way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like the unique variety they offer the only real complaint I have is that sometimes once something is gone it doesn't seem to get restocked very quickly. This is probably not their fault as I know items from different countries probably take more time to get. Overall worth a visit if you like diverse foods. I haven't tried their little restaurant inside the grocery store so can't speak to that food. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I drove two hours from Columbus to try this restaurant, and I can confidently say it offered the most delicious lahmacun I've ever had in the US. The prices were also very reasonable. Had trouble communicating with the server, actually 2 of them. We had two buffet dinners, and another friend who just wanted a gyro. All of the heating candles for the hot trays had gone out, so all of the buffet food was cold. It was cooked decently and seemed to be freshly made that day so I didn't worry about food safety. However it was like leftovers and should have been hot. The gyro we asked for was turned into a giant order of gyro meat and fixings with no pita. I thought everyone knows what a gyro is, especially here. I was wrong but she didn't ask any questions so gave us a high end $25 version of gyro without pita big enough for two people. At least it was hot and freshly prepared. They use big loud fans to move the air in the building which I also don't understand because the building is about 15 years old. They have air conditioning, or had it at one time. The loud fans probably had an effect on our servers not being able to get our order right. I was really looking forward to coming here and made a special trip to do it. I was disappointed. I will come back again because they do have a nice cuisine and they seem to have the tastes of items right. But if it is this bad on my next visit it'll be proof of ownership not doing things properly all the time, which will eventually lead to safety issues and more quality issues.
