Izgara tadını ekmeğe iyice yediriyorlar. Kokoreç zaten çok lezzetli. Ekmeğin içine iri kesim kokoreç ve baharattan başka birşey koymuyorlar ki lezzetine güvendiklerini gösterir. Gerçekten şahaneydi. Hayatım boyunca yediğim en güzel kokoreç buydu. Malzemesi bol . Diğer şehirlerde yarım ekmeğe koydukları miktarı çeyreğe koymuşlar. Çorba kelle paça bana göre değildi ama tadı güzeldi. Kokoreçin içine dalak da ekliyorlar sorup. Lezzet çok iyi çeyrek kokoreç bile nerdeyse bir öğün yerine geçer dolu dolu koyuyorlar ancak ızgara öncesinde kokoreç haşlandığı için standart kokoreçe alışanların damak tadına uymayabilir.
