Many guests come here to enjoy good lemon pie, pancakes and French toasts. This restaurant has good coffee among its drinks. Clients don't highly appreciate medium steaks at Shari's. They were very short-handed. One waitress for the whole restaurant at 5 pm. The manager was not concerned about helping the only waitress. "At All!" The manager talked to the relief waitress for about 30 minutes in the dining area before letting her relieve the other waitress. Honestly, this was horrible to watch. The cook tonight was not very good. I think they were training a new person tonight. They do not have filtered water. Not good. The pie was great and so was our waitress. We were there on Wednesday, January 31st, and we arrived at 5 pm. P. S. The restaurant was not very clean either. I am sorry, but the manager has no pride, no urgency, and no respect for her customers and staff. i went there tonight just to sit there for almost an hour while the lady was walking right past us, she finally came up to our table and asked us what drink we wanted. We said we wanted a milkshake and she walked away and came back 5 minutes later just to walk to our table tell us she didn’t have ice cream and walked away didn’t even ask what else we wanted to drink to replace it. we ended up sitting there for another 15 minutes until i started crying because of how hungry i was( im also 7 months pregnant) this was the worst night ive ever had the server Ali with blonde short hair was the disrespectful one she wouldn’t even let us talk to a manager Service: 1

Okay what is going on at this location? It used to be great. Now the food is terrible and we are getting kicked out at 7pm because they’re closing? And so rude and snappy about it too. Wouldn’t even let us buy a togo pie just GET OUT, WE ARE CLOSING. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went on Christmas Day . . . big mistake. Waitress, nice enough but waited about an hour for my very sub par meal. Turkey tasted processed and (fried) broccoli cheese rice scoop, was gross! cranberry sauce portion, only a tiny 2 oz table spoon, mashed potatoes & gravy, almost room temp and the dinner roll was cold! I mean, really cold! Tiny portions . . and very similar to frozen TV dinner style food. Very poor management and pathetic corporate chain shortcuts on quality and lacking professionalism. Only had a few bites of the food. Complained and was told I didn't have to pay. The pumkin pie that I did finish, was just barely average. No wonder this chain is going down hill. It's better days are long gone, I think. I was grateful at least, that it was one of few places open on a big holiday and felt empathy for all the staff that had to come in and bust tail when they'd probably much rather be home with family . . but what a terrible showing from the Shari's brand, the kitchen and the management. Great diner! My husband and I went to Shari’s for breakfast on Veterans Day, and loved it! The waitress we had was so sweet and very helpful, I am vegan so she helped me figure out what I can eat. I was able to order sourdough toast and a side of avocado to make myself avocado toast, I had a fruit cup (which was pretty big) and hash browns. I absolutely love this place. Awesome spot to take the grandparents. Have a hangover? They got a burger for that! Need some place to chill but don't want to go to the bar? Go hang at sherries. What is false advertising? The menu and the season props showing that you get left over portions of the milk shake that the restaurant has been doing for years. Only for the hostess to say "Oh honey, the extra is in the cup". It wasn't a unreasonable question. Most places do this. Trevon our server was a wonderful breath of air. The hostess and lady with sunflower shirt who kept giving us dirty looks because we weren't happy about the over cooked fried pickles. And talking to the server. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dropping my son off for his Marine boot camp! It was our last meal together. Kinda dissatisfying.The facility was very filthy and the servers are very disconnected from the customer. Had to race to eat as it took extremely long for the food to be received. I actually ran to the store and back before the food was on the table with my family. It’s kinda ridiculous specially when the meal and 5 dollar tip equaled well over 50 bucks for 3 people. The place was pretty empty as far as customers go. Maybe 5 families there. I give my experience an over deserved 2 stars, as my burger was actually amazing. Also bathrooms were so disgusting! Ok let's begin with... It's been a few years since I've been to Shari's. Wasn't a fan of the food and I've tried a few things. Recently me & my boyfriend took the plunge on a Sunday around 10:30ish. (maybe it changed throughout the years we thought). Walked in, noticed it wasn't busy & stood in front of the hostess counting receipts. No acknowledgement so we wondered do we seat ourselves? After a few minutes as I was about to say "excuse me", she then made contact and proceeded to seat us. The menu was new since the last time I visited a Shari's & the food options looked better. Our waitress was nice but... our order took a long time getting to us (again it was not busy), when we got our food my order was wrong & both of our foods were cold. The taste was very mediocre.
