Friendliest place in Shaver! After being rudely turned away at 2 other places because we had a dog with us we stopped by for some food. The owner was so nice and let us come in and sit down out of the cold. The burgers were fabulous and the staff was friendly. Get some of the monkey bread to go. My family and I had a fantastic experience at the Shaver Deli! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond. The food was delicious (we ordered pancakes, a sausage muffin, a bacon breakfast sandwich, and some chunky bread), and best of all: the reasonable pricing! My only point of contention was the hardness of the chunky bread but that might’ve been due to the time of our arrival vs when the bread came out of the oven. Interesting mix. Coffee? Yep. Ice cream? Check? Full service breakfast? Yes. Souvenirs? Also yes. With that all said, we stopped here twice -- tried a third time but they were closed. Overall, recommend Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
