I wanted to give a big thanks to Slim Chickens!!! They have been nothing but amazing. I had an issue with a previous order and they took care of me even though DoorDash dropped the ball. Earl the manager is the best!!! He took care of the situation swiftly and kindly. He even gave me a dessert and who doesn’t love brownies!!! I appreciate you Slim Chickens and kudos to you Earl!!! We had a DoorDash order that never got delivered or they never picked it up. We talked to the manager Haley and she took great care of us. She made our food again as we had to come and pick it up. My root-beer has black stuff in it. I attached a pic but it is hard to see. Lots of small flakes of black in it. Made me sick as soon as I saw it. It also didn't help that the lady over the intercom was rude and condescending... Really sad because I really like this place! I've gone to this Slim Chickens a couple of times and they are always consistent the food is always fresh the service is always good and their speed is pretty decent I've had the tenders I've had the wings I've had the chicken sandwich I've had the dessert jars I'm not had a single thing from there that I didn't like they have this Cayenne Ranch that is really good.
