Our soccer team headed to get smoothies after our tournament game. Slurp was awesome! We had a huge group and I’m sure were a very overwhelming coming all at once. But they stepped up to the task and did a great job. Everyone was happy and had the most yummy smoothies and bowls! Great customer service. We would definitely go back again, and again! I’m giving this a 1 star because as we came in we were not greeted and the girl upfront was talking to the other two employees sitting down at the table. I told her I wanted 12 orders and the girls face dropped, and told the other girl they want 12 orders! The girl then said next time you need to call in advance n make large orders over the phone. I paid a total of 105$ as I sat down to wait out loud the girls to make me hear said next time transactions of 100 or more should automatically charge a tip. I didn’t want to use my card for tip as I had cash instead after I heard the comments from them, made me not even give a tip as they were talking loudly that I didn’t give them a tip. Was not a good experience. Also we were the only ones in the lobby no other customers waiting.
