Really awesome spot. The menu has a pretty impressive lineup of BBQ food. Tried a thing called Trashcan Nachos. They brought it out on a tray in a giant metal can and then proceeded to lift it up and I watched as a mountain of Nachos spilt out onto the tray. It was delicious and a spectacular way to serve them. Staff was incredibly polite and the manager came by personally to make sure the food was to our liking. Hungry driving on I90 . Near Ellensburg? Try Smokeys bbq . Wow talk about a tastegasam.... I had the dirty rice bowl with smoked brisket. A flavor explosion in my mouth. Great staff so helpful . A great atmosphere. Come on and be welcome as family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My Fiance and I had been wanting to come check it out for a while and we were both off work early so decided it’s a perfect night to try! We both got the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. You get a bowl for $14 and it’s the perfect portion. I wasn’t overly stuffed but I also didn’t need more to be full. The atmosphere is super upbeat and we were greeted immediately after walking in the door, and the owner even came up to our table to introduce himself and talk a little bit about the menu. I’m from Texas so I’m very particular about bbq and living in Seattle it’s pretty terrible. I was deliciously surprised by this place. The brisket is tender, the garlic fries were crisp and flavorful, the sprouts and cauliflower were so delicious. They even have a tofu vegetarian option for non-meat eaters. The service was excellent and the gal gave me extra plates and utensils without being asked. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
