Went to Sol on a very busy Thursday night and sat in the bar. Service was top notch and food came out extremely fast. Their chips are served with whole corn tortillas which is interesting but they were great. Black bean dip is a great touch. I got the carne asada burrito wet in red sauce. Taste was great but a little heavy on the black beans! Vibes were excellent. The perfect brunch! JC was funny, kind, and helpful waiter. Highly recommend the mimosas with fresh fruit juices, the heuvos rancheros (which might be the best I've had), and the burrito. Celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary. Food was great and staff were amazingly friendly.
