Good chili, tater tots and cheeseburgers are the best dishes. Order tasty ice cream at this fast food when you happen to be near it. Unfortunately, employees are patient as a number of visitors mention. Downscale service is something that guests would like to improve here. Prices are attractive for the quality you get. It's a good place with the homey atmosphere. But Sonic Drive-In is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

It's a shame how bad customer service has gotten. Pulled up to the speaker, and was told they'd be with me in a minute. Cool, no problem. TEN minutes later (no I'm not exaggerating) I hadn't heard a peep so I decided to try a bay. Pressed the button and got no response. So a few minutes I decide to pull back around and try the speaker again. As I drive around the building, the 2 employees working are standing by the front door smoking a blunt. I guess that's why they said they'd be with me in a minute. Priorities. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We dined in well you know we pulled up at the outside thing to sit there in our car but it did take about 27 minutes for our order and it was expensive but if you go to sonic even if it’s not on the menu order a strawberry cream slush,it will change your life, lol Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was just at the drive through for thirty minutes waiting to order. Guess what? They got my order wrong! I tried calling the store several times but no one answered the telephone. Very disappointed. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've seen in north county. My order was left unfulfilled, I asked for chili cheese tots and only received cheese. My son ordered honey bbq wings that were barely tossed. Oh and to put the icing on the cake if you pay in cash they may or may not have change to give you. When I drove by I thought this location was closed but my husband insisted I should drive over so I did. I saw an employee outside asked if they were open he stated “yes”. So I placed my order, when the shakes were given to me she asked if I wanted a cup holder I said no so she closed the window. I was thinking I was still waiting on my food so I sat there and waited for spoons and straws but it was taking too long so I blew and asked for some. The worker angrily handed them to me. I continued to sit while the line built up behind me waiting on my food. After about 5 minutes of sitting at the window she opens it and I ask for my food. She goes to get the bag (that had apparently been done this whole time) hands it to me without an apology or anything and closes the window. Next time you see a popular chain empty on a Saturday night please continue on to your second option. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service has gone down at Sonic. You always have a wait. Last visit, we waited 30 minutes or longer. That's too long for popcorn chicken and drinks. It was hot, though. Pulled into sonic 6:54 pm on a Sunday night. All parking lanes orders of sonic we were told we couldn’t park, order and eat in a parking spot. All these digital parking order lanes and this sonic chooses not to use the parking order lanes? What’s the point? Tear it down? Waste of electric? Waste of money ? Also your drive thru lights don’t work can’t see the menu in the drive thru. Can’t read most signs.

This sonic use to be good until these kids were given a job. Sat in line for 35 mins and my order was wrong. The business will fail because of it. And I seen a guy rubbing his nose giving out the orders. Rip to this location. BBB will be notified. Update: Almost 5 years later I give this location a try again and my chicken bites were over cooked. Didn't even have meat on a lot of them and they all were just small crunchy breading. Also my tator tots were under cooked. Sad just sad. Honestly the only thing I suggest buying here is ice. The food is 🗑🚮 at this location.

I go for the burgers....I do enjoy their burgers and cherry limeade. I only wish the drive through moved faster. Most times I come I give up and leave before I manage to make it to the speaker. This time the line was shorter so I stayed but still spent a good 20mins in line. Plus I ordered a large combo but did not get a large.
