Use exact change for this place. The employee gave me the impression was going to be about $50. I was on the clock with my client and check the receipt when we get back. And realize she did not give me $16 for change. Tried to call twice. No answer. Had to waste time on the clock for my client to drive back. An employee came out and grabbed the receipt. I pulled up to the window. The manager rudely asked me, what else can I do for you? I said I need my clients change. The manager responded, the other employee told her she gave me change outside just now. I told the manager, no she did not and so the manager pulled the money out of the drawer and gave it to me. I offered to give her my phone number in case the till was off later because I'm 100% she did not give me change. She rudely responded, don't worry about it because I don't want to waste any more of your time. This manager did not care about the elderly community or any person who may have had a disability requiring a caregiver is how I felt. Their food is overpriced and mediocre now. Shakes are the only thing good. This was a Wednesday. Fries are awful. Get tots or onion rings. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Cherry Lemonade

The food is good but I sat in the line for 20 plus minutes and no one would talk to me through the speaker I had to drive up to the window but was still sitting behind two other cars.. took so long three cars behind me ended up leaving. Food: 4 Service: 2

Ordered 8 breakfast sandwiches and 1 ultimate burrito...got home had 8 breakfast burritos and thr ultimate was just eggs and tomatoes woth sausage. Won't answer the phone called for 20 mins more then 10 times. Gotta police your bags I supposed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

By far the worst customer service I've experienced in Grants Pass. Probably worse than McDonald's on 6th Street at the top of town. There was a kid named Joseph working the drive-thru and he was absolutely horrible. He asked me a question to clarify my order which was one strawberry banana slush that I waited 20 minutes for and while I was in mid-sentence he shut the window on me. He then handed me my drink which look like it had fallen or something because it had stuff all over the outside of it and then handed me my card and my receipt and I think he said something but I wasn't really sure what it was. If I could have given negative stars for this review I would have. Somebody needs to do something about that because that's not the first time I've gone in there and had the worst customer service ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually it's amazing, but I went through the drive thru today and they gave me the wrong drink, forgot all of my sauces and 10 dollars worth of food. Didn't realize I was missing my food till I got home. Disappointed. Service Take out Service: 1

Customer service was good, atmosphere was ok but not much of it, food was horrible, i took two bites of my burger and could not finish it due to the oil they used in there products. The oil that they used tasted old and burned. Could not finish my tator tots because the oil that they used tasted old and burnt. First of all, five star fried pickles. I love fried pickles but most places are a miss. The other food was solid too. But the big stand out was the customer service. We had our car stop and we had two employees just so concerned and helpful to us. I greatly appreciate their kindness. I go here now and then. Sonic is a cool concept with great onion rings, good shakes and a few other things. I always judge fast food by their fries and burgers. I'll admit I've never had their fries or tots, did I say they have great onion rings, but the burgers I've been served have been lack luster and never hot and fresh. I love sonic but my husband does not, so when I get to choose lunch alone, this is my usual goto. The issue I had was not the first time, seems to be everytime lately. Food was cold. Large tots had cheese only on half of them. I am sure I'll be back just please step up the game.
