I always enjoy Sonic food. However, I don't enjoy Sonic's definition of "fast". I don't mind a small delay, but I typically only stop at this location if I'm already on that hill shopping because it always takes forever, no matter what I order. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor- you get the same experience no matter when you visit; I don't mean that as a compliment either. It's unfortunate because I feel like this location could do really well in this area, but they need a new service plan. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, then decided to go to a stall. There I sat for 10 minutes watching as the employees stood around and ignored the fact that I pushed the button to order 4 times. Might I add I’m the only vehicle in the parking lot.
