GROSS!!! I only ordered Mozz sticks and a small order of tater tots.. not only was that almost $10 but the food is COLD. Disgustingly cold. It just came out. How is that possible? I never come to this sonic because it’s always been bad but how can you serve cold Mozz sticks????? It’s so easy to make food hot. There’s no point even stopping for fast food anymore this is insane. I better actually get my refund this is crazy.

Asked at the drive through and at the window for fresh nuggets and I didn't mind waiting. Person working there said she would make them fresh and then gave me old ones 2 minutes later. Not worth the fight but won't be coming back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately experience today. We ordered the food and was missing a hamburger and asked for ranch for cheese sticks got marinara sauce. The girl said there was not a hamburger on the receipt okay fine. So we ordered the hamburger and asked for ranch. Got the hamburger but no ranch. Food was 100% wrong. They don't listen to what you tell him, gone here three times in the past year and every time it's wrong, when you ask for a cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles and allergic to onions, you get them anyway, when you ask for a Coke very little ice, the cup is three quarters full, when you ask for unsweetened tea and you get sweet tea and ask her a full cup of ice and get no ice cuz she asked for no ice. I just don't understand how lazy they are, It's not like I can go back and get it replaced. I live almost 10 miles away from this location. It's a rarity. They did not get our order right and the chili dogs came out with a very small amount of chili. We had to ask for more chili to be put on it. The chicken had honey bbq on it and the sauce was great however the chicken was dehydrated and hard. It’s a shame to pay good money for food that is less than quality. I love Sonic when they're doing things the way that they are meant to actually do them. I love the drinks they have especially the blue coconut cream slush! That is one on point drink that's refreshing. The desserts are always awesome. Kinda hard to go wrong with soft server and candy bars blended up! Price is kinda high, but they got me. I stopped in for a chocolate-chip cookie dough spoon-bender, and there is NOTHING spoon-bending about this. I took the lid off, took a bite and immediately went back through the drive-thru which is a hassle in and of itself, but more so when I need to get back to work. I said, this was supposed to be a chocolate-chip -cookie-dough spoon-bender, would you mind adding some cookie-dough? The gal said, yeah, it is a cookie-dough-bender.. I stirred it in front of her and showed her the only 5 tiny, “tiny” pieces of cookie-dough and asked really? She said, yes, look toward the bottom. I said, well, I just stirred it up from the bottom and what you saw is all there is. She just looked behind her, I suppose for some kind of support from another employee, shrugged her shoulders and started to close the window. I said I would NOT be back (as if she cares) and that they could do better. (She just grins and looks away) I won’t be back. Things are expensive more so than ever, and I expect quality items for my money. There are other Sonics, and they do a better job. Shame on you, who aren’t training a more professional staff. They would get less flack, and more work satisfaction, I’m sure if they knew even an inkling of customer service. This is just a whole lotta vanilla ice cream. It wouldn’t have hurt to add some chocolate-chip cookie dough to make it look like what I ordered. I kinda hope when she orders sneakers from Anazon they come without the shoe strings.. 😉

**These pics are EXACTLY how my shake looked when I got it ** the ad is slightly different. Look I get that the hiring pool has dwindled recently for reasons economists are always talking about but I think that people need to stop scheduling groups of teenagers to work together because what I'm finding is that it is not "cool" to give good or even ANY customer service at work when you're a teenager ( example: back in high school when we would make fun of the preppy kids teachers, pet types-! you know the people who have 98% of the wealth in America today?) in fact it is cool to an "I don't care" attitude amongst your peers as a teenager and that kind of attitude results in shakes that look like this. I honestly did not know you could make a milkshake look unedible but somehow these axe body spray wearing, future titans of industry managed the impossible. Honestly it looks disgusting. The good news though is I was worried about the calories ordering a large but since the cup had so much slippery stuff all over it I managed to have it go flying out of my hands as I tried to maneuver this shake from one room to the next and half of it went flying across the room so guess what ?? half the calories!! YAY ME also burned a few mopping up the horrible mess . I put what was rest of the shake in my blender and actually shook it which I think is key. And it was tasty. But I can't even think about how it looked 🤮
