Didn't get order right, took back asked for fresh told. They gave me the same ones back. I also added a blast had very little toppings on it. So disappointed! The taste of the cheeseburger was just off. I ordered a cherry limeade with extra real cherries. What I got was 1 cherry and 1 lime. I didn't even get the cherries that was to be included. They want you to pay more but not do their job. Took awhile for our order. Not reading what we asked is simply wrong. My new favorite thing is the Best Buffalo Chicken bites. They're like little deep fried dumplings but they're crispy and the buffalo chicken filling is delicious. I also found out I can mix slushy flavors. Currently I'm digging grape mixed with blackberry, extra syrup, and added nerds!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just drive to the Little Rd. Sonic. I can’t remember the last time they got an order even an acceptable level of correct. Staff and managers are consistently rude when there’s an issue. Even ordering on the app doesn’t help. Just waited 25 minutes and there’s missing or incorrect items on two of four meals. Just bulldoze it. I’m sure Dutch Bros. would buy the lot. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would and we didn't even get a chance to receive our order and we had to ask TWICE. The first time they didn't even respond when the order was placed so we just assumed they heard us because we checked the screen and it said it was currently in kitchen, so, we waited another 5 minutes before realizing we were still just sitting there and no one came to retrieve payment or anything. We press the button to place the order a second time and the man stated it'll be out in a few minutes, still nothing. Meanwhile, there was a man who appeared to be the manager just walking around the building with a headset, doing nothing. Please improve wait time and customer service for this is unacceptable when we were only trying to get a simple chilli cheese dog and go home. Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I purchased a Chicken Slinger Meal and a Cherry Limeade. Everything was PERFECT! I purchased a Cherry Limeade from a different location earlier this week and it was watered down. The Cherry Limeade I had today in Forest Hill, was absolutely wonderful. The young lady that took my order was polite and made sure my order was correct. Great job to all! I love going there! Especially on very hot day to get me my Route 44 Dr. Pepper & tater tots with chili & cheese! I'm trying to enjoy life a little bit at a time! This does it for me.... I ordered on the app. They gave my wrong order. I called they said it was there. To get off and ask for Keith. They gave my another bag. It had my order labeled on outside but not my burger inside. I was tired and hungry so I ate it. This burger was small and no bacon. Don’t order onion rings from here. I bought Monday night an was too tired to go back to exchange it. This is what he second time from this location that my onion rings didn’t turn out the right. Everything thing else I got was ok.
