DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE , I placed an order on DoorDash for multiple items from this specific location.

1 Chili Cheese Coney Combo
2 Hand-Mixed Master Shakes
A Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger
1 cup of ice
And 1 SuperSONIC® Breakfast Burrito
and did not receive even half of my order I received only 1 Hand-Mixed Master Shakes
1 Chili cheese dog and tater tots no drinks for my combos or anything and spent over $60 was only refunded not even half of what I paid ( I know door dash is responsible for refunds that has nothing to do with the actual store it self) but if they would have actually sent my entire order I would not have this issue , I reached out to my door dash driver and he stated he was only given the one bag which only had the three items I listed EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
The people seem friendly, but they obviously dgaf about what they serve, what it looks like, or, as many have mentioned, how long it takes. It took forever for someone to take our order, and then took forever for the food to come out. There were three cars, that's it! The woman bringing out the food was dragging her Crocs and moving as slowly as molasses. None of our burgers had lettuce, the buns were all mashed flat, and the Hickory BBQ burger was drenched in sauce. The tatertots are nasty, like the cheapest frozen tots you get from the dollar store. The shake was just flavorless vanilla soft ice cream served in a cup and impossible to drink. What's the point of this Sonic? They don't wear roller skates, no music is playing, don't hang a tray from your car window, and just bring it out in a bag. Going through the drive thru would have been faster. I grew up with a Sonic near me back in the 80s, and it was hoppin' with music playing over speakers, fun, and good food. This place is a far cry from the original Sonic model. It had been a long time since I went to one, and that was probably the last time ever - if this is what they now are, RIP old-school Sonic. Don't bother with this depressing place, in a depressing strip mall, in a depressing part of town. The food is cheap garbage.

Went for dinner after pulling into a booth and trying to place my order I was asked to use the drive through. After going to the drive through I attempted to order again and was asked to hold. I sat there for 5 minutes without an update ended up leaving. Terrible service not sure if they are understaffed.

This sonic didn’t have carbonated drinks and only had slushes. It took 12 minutes to come and take me and my family’s order. I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO COME HERE. they forgot our order too and made us pay for something they forgot??? If you have a lot of patience this might be your place but it wasn’t for me and my family. They only had one waiter too and they were low on other stuff too. The food is alright but I don’t think it was the worth time to be there.

The worker was super nice but the food took forever and they were out of everything. They only had barbecue sauce and they were out of Coke and Spirit so we couldn't get any lime aids. We sat at the drive thru waiting to order for about 10 minutes

I have no idea what they're doing at this location. I placed a mobile order and it still wasn't ready after waiting there for 30 minutes. In that time frame, 4 other vehicles left the drive-thru due to similar circumstances. Customer service needs to be improved. Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food restaurant with quality service that makes you feel valued.

Asked for tater tots and a plain hotdog. They had us waiting 30 minutes and said it was because the fries were cooking and we told them we didn’t order fries we ordered tater tots. She changed them out and the tater tots were cold meaning we could have gotten our order faster if they paid attention. They confirmed our order of a plain hotdog twice and when we got home it had every single topping on top. I am determined the employees are purposefully messing up orders to sabotage this place based on the other reviews. A total joke.

Worst place ever. This place used to be good. I ordered two ft long coneys and this is the horrible excuse for food I received. It was inedible. And had to wait 17 minutes for my food after I ordered it. There was one car in front of me and they had a single drink order. I wrote to Sonic corporate and they sent me an email saying that to make up for this I will receive a free regular size hot dog in my Sonic App. A small hot dog for two foot longs that weren't even edible. I never complain about stuff like this, but this was totally inexcusable. My suggestion is find a different Sonic. I know I will never spend another dime at this one!

Horrible. I’m not a sonic person never have been but my daughter asked to go here for an m&m ice cream her friend had. There was only one woman working at lunch time so the wait was pretty long. I ordered a side of onion rings and a chicken tender combo. The grease must be really old because the fried food was really dark and didn’t look fresh. The onion rings were not greasy an undercooked. We couldn’t eat anything I purchased. I felt bad for the woman so I just left by yeah will never be returning per usual.

Long wait. Seem to only had 2 workers.... Maybe 3.. looked to have a mom and daughter duo. Daughter was very polite. Mom at window and daughter walking out with orders to speed up the line. Maybe a cook, but I seen mom in the back as well.... Either way my Supersonic Burritos was very small. Tots fried too hard. No salsa. Was highly disappointed..
I hope they get it together, this is like one of the few Sonics left in the area
