Three strikes and your out. The last couple of times we've sat in the stalls with no service at all and after 20-30 minutes we left. The last time we waited in a stall for 15 minutes went to go to the front to order and saw signs saying the stalls and front service were not open. There was a sign on multiple stalls. So we get into the drive thru. Got attitude when we order and then they spilt the entire drink inside our car which then had to be detailed. We got no apology from the manager except for an attitude. The girl the dropped the drink kept saying she was sorry multiple times but as far as management it was awful. Will not be going back they should honestly close down this location. The service at this location at night sucks. I was waiting at a stall for 20 mins and didn't get a single answer while multiple of other people were being served threw drive threw only. There was a guy also next to me in a stall that was there just as long and got no answer and he had to get out of his car and go in side to get a response from someone Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

Food was old and stale. I ordered #8 and # 1. Sandwich was cold popcorn chicken was old and tasted awful. Fries were old stale and cold. I could smell the staleness off the bag. I get its Saturday night and it's busy, but I'm pretty sure this food was left out to make drive thru times shorter. Usually have a great meal here. After tonight, I'm never coming back. The food was on par with other Sonic Restaurants. But the three times we have tried to eat at this Sonic our wait time was unacceptable. First attempt spent five to ten minutes in a stall that apparently didn’t work, moved to another stall and took another five to ten minutes to get response. Then wait time for food was unreal. Second time just got drinks, and could have ordered whole meal and got it in the time it took to get drinks. Third attempt set long enough we started to back out to leave and they called to say be right with you. Once they did take our order (lowered it to just drinks by this time) after about five minutes we left. Maybe we just got spoiled by Elk City Ok and all the other Oklahoma Sonic Restaurants. Second come I’ve come here. The first time my order was completely forgotten about and I sat here for 30 minutes. This time it’s been 15 minutes and haven’t even had my order taken yet. Asked to get a blast received a shake When i told them that wasn’t what i ordered They told me the blast machine was broken so now im stuck paying for something i didn't ask for. I had already paid when they gave me what I didn't ask for. If it didn’t work they should’ve told me when I ordered not after i paid. Not a big deal just frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
