We hosted a client luncheon at South+Pine and we had such an amazing experience. The food was amazing and the service was super attentive. We all had so much fun and would definitely return. We didn't even get the chance to eat here, we went for lunch on Sunday and even though the restaurant was half empty with plenty of available tables they told us it would be a 2-hour wait to get a table without a reservation. Rediculous.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Food was outstanding! We ordered a selection of appetizers which were amazing...something you could not make at home! Entrees were just as good. Food was unusual but the taste was outstanding. Service was great...we had Sara who was fantastic and went out of her way to get me some special sauce from owner-chef Leia. I love this place! The menu is seasonal and has yet to fail to impress. I especially love their mocktails and pasta dishes — the pastry chef needs a raise as well!! The staff are friendly and efficient, the music and decorations are tasteful (clearly geared towards millennials), plus they have outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Walked into an almost empty restaurant, at 4:50 P.M for dinner. With only three tables seated upon our arrival, with no line to enter. I was told by the hostess, rather unapologetically our group of 4 could not be seated without reservations, with the first available at 9:15 P.M. We left, went to another (more crowded) restaurant a few stores up and were seated immediately, and spent a fair amount of money at another good restaurant on that strip. Upon walking back from our meal elsewhere, this restaurant was still about half full, not all tables were occupied. Why turn away customers? Great way to run yourself out of business. The staff didn’t seem to care if we would eat there or not.I will not attempt to return to eat here. Poor attitudes. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1
