Love ❤️ this place. The staff are super friendly with great customer service above all. Best one in the Downriver area imo. Always a variety of different flavored teas. Great vibes!!!!!!

We have always had a great experience here, and we feel like they are more like family to us than anything. They care about each customer, and are very knowledgeable in their products. They know what you need to meet your health goals and achieve success. Overall we love this place and recommend them to anyone who is looking to get healthier, and try their delicious teas and shakes! No sugar if you can believe it.

Every shake and tea I’ve had on the menu has been awesome! The staff there are very kind and you can tell they really appreciate every customer that comes in the door. One of my favorite places downriver!

Southgate and attrition is a fantastic place! The service is incredible. The shakes are incredible. The tea is incredible. Everything is incredible here! Would highly recommend coming here after working out, especially because they have good protein shakes to offer with tons of different flavors. Today I tried their pumpkin caramel cheesecake, and I would highly recommend it! Phenomenal!

Everything I’ve tried here has been great!! Although the teas taste more like juice they’re really good! They have a wide variety of shake flavors. Way better than getting a shake from anywhere else. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Easily my favorite nutrition place! Their teas are fantastic. I get one after a midnight shift in the emergency department and it helps me get through school easy peasy.

Amazing healthy shakes and teas here! SO many different flavors of shakes to pick from and the teas give you the energy you need to get through the day, especially for me with an infant. The staff is super friendly and positive too. Love it!
