Долгое ожидание напитков и блюд при не полной посадке. Порции слишком маленькие, нужно заказывать 2-3, чтоб выйти не голодным, плюс напитки и того выйдет 100-ка на чел. Я осталась не в восторге от сервиса и в целом не рекомендована бы это место своим знакомым. Слишком много шума, а по факту ни о чем!

Seemed more like the waiters were more interested in turning us away than having us. I found the restaurant on the mall directory and went because it had good reviews.
The first waiter we met at the entrance didn't just let us in when we asked for a table for 2. Instead, she responded to that by telling us about different restaurants and concepts. As if to convince us against eating at Specto but to go to the Gang(another restaurant in same place)
I told her we would like to eat there.
The menu is only in French. We asked if there was English, but they responded no.
The waiter who came to take the order didn't explain the menu vs. non menu options. We found out later when we wanted to order desert that a type of desert was only for menu options.
We had not finished our drinks, but the waiter came again and emptied the bottles into our glasses to clear the bottles away.
We waited so long to get the bill and eventually went to the exit to try to pay there. Another waiter this time said we should have paid at the table. Eventually, we paid and left.
The staff/waiters definitely could do better.
The food was really good but perhaps the waiters/staff only want a certain type of clientele and we didn't fit.

Food was excellent though portions were very small. Atmosphere was great, didn’t feel that we are in the shopping mall.
Waitress was giving impression that better go elsewhere :-), literally I felt not welcomed, made unprofessional comments.
Waiters were friendly and served much better.

Really had great time dining. Concept definitely worth discovering, as it allows you to share dishes with family or friends. Well located in the Belle Étoile shopping center, with easy and free parking.

Gran descubrimiento, abrió hace tan solo unos meses pero es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos. Original diseño, ambiente muy agradable y servicio del excepcional. En cuanto a los platos, son pequeños pensados para compartir y pedir 2-3 por comensal, todos exquisitos! En especial el tataki de boeuf! Sin duda volveremos

Es gibt weder Vor- noch Hauptspeise. Die Portionen sind klein. Es wird vorgeschlagen 3 Gerichte zu bestellen. Für mich war das perfekt. Ich hatte
Specto calamar grillé, fenouil, ponzu, citron vert
Lotte laquée, tomate Dashi, furikake de crevettes
Tataki de boeuf du terroir laqué mayo miso truffée, poire Nashi, noix de pécan
und als Beilage : Patatas bravas
Man kann sich alles zusammen oder getrennt servieren lassen.
Großes Kompliment an den Koch: jedes einzelne Gericht war eine Geschmacksexplosion.
Die Nachspeise rundete das Ganze ab : Lingot praliné noisette, bergamote.
Die Bedienung war auch perfekt.

Totalement surpris de trouver un restaurant d'un tel niveau dans un ...centre commercial ! Les prix peuvent surprendre, mais sont à la hauteur de la qualité des plats, du service et de l'endroit.
Le Thon rouge Yellowfin (pastèque, basilic, charbon...) est juste incroyable !
