Pretty excited to come here given the menu items, however; ::: The food that came out, had no seasoning on it whatsoever which was disappointing because of the price. Would not recommend giving the other options downtown but the coffee was good so if you’re going there just for that, that would be fine.

This is my go-to for vegan breakfast in Aspen. I love all the delicious options and the staff is always nice. Pricing is average for Aspen.

This is my second time giving this place a try and there will not be third. I ordered the seasonal winter salad (Brussel sprouts, quinoa, butternut squash, cabbage, apple dressing) and the chai tea latte to go. The chai tea turned out nice, not too sweet and had a mild spice to it. The seasonal salad tasted like I was eating only quinoa with zero seasoning to it. The few pieces of butternut squash that I had, were not thoroughly cooked through, edible, but hard. If you’re a fan of no flavor, this is the dish for you. I love this place. I come here every time I come to Aspen. My favorite go to’s are the nachos and the Caesar salad. The food is healthy and tastes great. Also very allergy friendly Food: 5
