Their service is aful I waited for 30 mins and no drink. It's really not that hard to make a drink. 2 giant lines outside git their drinks, and we ordered way before them. I'm never coming here again. Worst starbucks. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

A warning about the hours of operation would have been nice. But y'all are making a grave mistake. You serve hundreds of people before 7:30 am. Every teacher in Weslaco does not like you anymore. We want our coffee BEFORE 7:30! Other than that, yall are my favorite humans to see each morning...but now we can't see each other in the morning :( Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the first Starbuck that I see lines to the drive thru not forming in front of the store. It's a real hassle and fight just getting to the window. Instead of just taking in customers you should figure out best way to get them to the window. Food: 5 Service: 1

I usually go to a different Starbucks, but my plans this morning changed, so I stopped by the one in Weslaco. When I entered the store, no one said hi, and when I went to the restroom, it was filthy. When I went to order my drink, the lady at the register gave me a look like she hated her job and didn’t say hi. She just took my order and didn’t even say thank you or anything, lol. I saw that she didn’t have her name tag. I’m used to going to Starbucks, where the employees say hi and make you feel welcome. Typically, the Weslaco location is friendly, but maybe things have changed.

Drive thru too much in a rush, more worried about getting the line moving than listening to the customers' questions or concerns.
