If you’re going to streamline your store to essentially be mobile order only, then at least make sure you do your one thing correctly. Wait times are still crazy considering the employees only need to focus on making drinks here. Management needs to improve hiring. Employees were pumping out orders quickly but not quick enough to keep up with demand. The long wait times and subsequent congestion in the parking lot will be the downfall of this location. NOT a fan of the "mobile first" style of Starbucks. Puts a bad taste in my mouth to be forced to use an app. I won't be coming back to this location. Staff was lovely, food was good, but I hate this set up. Please don't make this the Starbucks standard. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Walked in for a cup of coffee Because there was a bunch of mobile orders in front of me ended up. Waiting about 25 to 30 minutes. Also keep in mind there was no one in the store besides me and the employees. And since they took away the seating, you're literally just standing around for 30 minutes uncomfortably close to strangers.

The Starbucks on West Chester Pike in WC has no atmosphere. It’s now a mobile order walk in store. I went months ago not knowing the new order of business. I waited by the register for a long time with some other customer. Guy finally came out and warned us they are getting away from taking counter orders, took our order and we were put in que. Today I stood there… until I walked out. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
