I tried out the new Iced Lavender Latte, it was DISGUSTING. Tasted like beef stew in liquid form. Is this how this is supposed to taste? I've tried calling this location to ask several times... but nobody answers. I can not go back today as it is far and I was on my way to work. Starbucks listen up! This location has horrible service; you have to ask for napkins, today they are out of forks, I had to eat my egg bites with a spoon. When you walk in no one is in the front and the place is a mess! The protein packs are not advertised you have to ask and then they have to check their tiny frig to see if they have any. Terrible management and staff! Also, every time I order a matcha hot tea the powder is sitting in the bottom of the cup so it isn’t getting mixed properly. I love Starbucks but this location I wouldn’t recommend for my worse enemy. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just started working in this area and to be completely honest I was debating if even to go for a coffee because of everything that has been going on with Starbucks. I went through the drive thru waited about 15 min in line which wasn’t too bad to get my usual iced white mocha w/vanilla sweet cream foam for myself,I got to the windown and the first girl that took care of me was polite and asked if I maybe had something lower than $50 bill(I know it varies some stores for safety reasons) that when I informed her I didn’t unfortunately and she’s gonna go see what the manager suggests we do. Then a minute later this uneducated/rude person comes to the window with no greeting not saying who they or nothing says they don’t have any change and that they won’t go the back to get any just for $9 almost $10 drink and that she won’t “just be giving me a drink just because” it was assuming that got me. First I was trying to pay, you guys just don’t have change to give me back. Second it was how that message was delivered she had like an attitude like if I was just bothering after I waited in line for 17 min.?? She said they could either hold my drink till I went back but with that interaction I don’t plan on ever going back. Not even sure if I would continue shopping with them at all. I do highly recommend Feng Cha! Which is only across the freeway and has really good customer service and their drinks are super yummy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Any starbucks food item you purchase in a sealed transparent bag should never be sold . However , the people who work at this starbucks location think it is Ethical to sell items that are tagged *Not labelled for retail sale" to me and perhaps other customers. From the date of production, this item is already expired. The workers perhaps pocket the money rather than doing the right thing to sell good and quality food Starbucks make available for it's customers, and customers who pay with their money. My first experience was in a starbucks location inside a target stor. I was going to report and the lady begged me not to report. She knew what she did was wrong. I fell victim today at this store. I did not check my order This location should do better, it is wrong.... Suggestion: Please Always check your order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was a good starbucks. Service is always fast and friendly. They remade my mothers drink when it wasn't made right and made sure she was happy with it before we left. Starbucks is always pretty pricey though. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I come to this location a lot because it’s convenient and the closest one to me. I have always ordered the same exact drink which is a Iced Venti French Vanilla Latte. If you drink Starbucks as often as I do and order the exact same drink then you know if the color is off then the drink will taste either super bitter or super sweet. Mine was darker than usual so I decided to taste it before driving off, I told them it was bitter with no sweetness. The cashier gave it to the barista who I assume made my drink and I could see her pour some of my drink out add alot of milk to change the color. That upset me because it was like she was trying to just shut me up so I could leave. I tasted it again, still not sweet. So I see her grab the pumps of vanilla and hazelnut and squirts 2 of each. Now it’s super sweet and milked down! I decided to just drive off. She seemed so bothered by my requests to try to fix my drink. Sucks because I already hate to be a bother and she made me feel even worse for asking to fix my drink. I agree with the other reviews, customer service here is non existent. I hate this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No exaggeration… never been to a Starbucks that treated their customers so terribly. Employee got mad because I mentioned to her that my drink was wrong and the whole staff was not friendly AT ALL, no greetings or nothing. They need a whole new employee staff.

I have 10 years visiting this location and I never been sooo upset about how dirty is the restroom the waiting are and outside! People Starbucks it so classic and this it not cheap place please ! Keeping clean and nice for the customers please 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭and be happy to be part of Starbucks family Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
