There is a certain crew that just seems to have no sense of urgency when people come in, when there is no manager here or at least doesn't seem to be one. They were all standing up front when I pulled in and then when I come in all but one are gone and the one doesn't acknowledge me and the other comes out slowly from the back and takes me order seemingly reluctantly...don't they realize that most people stopping by between 5 and 7am are on their way to work? I know this place gets busy sometimes but they were dead when I pulled up and only one car has come through drivethru since I have been here.

I've never had an issue at this location. Yes, the wait can be god awful sometimes, but remember this is the only drive thru location in Christiansburg. The employees work hard and do their best with the time they can, and for so many people to rate them so low for being too busy just seems silly to me. Y'all are doing a great job! Don't let impatient people tear you down. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
