For a coffee shop, they are always out of cold brew, their excuse”someone forgot to make it” which is their go to excuse each week. Or they ran out of coffee beans. This place is constantly out of product. It’s amazing this place is still in business. Please hire competent people. If I could rate a zero, I would. Staff very unprofessional. Kid with long hair no net, waited over 15 minutes 5 people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. Will not ever return. The only reason im leaving this review is because of the barista, I can't remember her name she was short and had fun hair. She made the service, she was friendly and very good at her job! 10/10

Manager is not great tried getting a drink multiple times there even showing her the Starbucks app of the drink and she rolled her eyes and said she can’t make it, and they only had bakery items. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
