Bought an Americano at Central St. Starbucks in Wellesley on Saturday 11/25/23. I stopped there because the nearby Peet's had closed. (Peets was always better anyway.) I used to occasionally patronize this Starbucks store but hadn't been there for about 8 years since I moved away. The coffee was terrible and I ended up throwing most of it out. Never again! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Store hours state 8pm and I get there at 7:40. All the doors were locked chairs up and 3 people cleaning behind the counter. I am super disappointed.

Why this store change they hours very often hate this, this store it’s on my way to work and love it to have my Starbucks COFFE since I work at night this is very helpful for me but I’m really disappointed when they do that😏 Hope you guys keep it the normal hrs soon! Service Take out

Love this Starbucks! Stop here most mornings for my cold brew. The staff are all friendly and kind. Highly recommend this location. Only "negative" is there isn't a ton of seating, but it isn't a very large store. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Why are you blaming a newly hired student employee for not being able to make a training date on short notice. Especially when the schedule was never communicated clearly ahead of time and the initial onboarding meeting was canceled twice. I would expect that basic communication skills would be a requirement to hold such a lofty title as store manager of a local Starbucks. Watch your mouth and your attitude.

The sweetest team working here. I was in Wellesley for less than a month for work and already some of the girls remembered my name and order. Always so polite and welcoming - truly started my days off right.

Nice location. Service is a bit slow. Ordered ice caramel macchiato where most of the caramel was on the bottom of the cup.

A little noisy, but the staff bent over backwards when I realized I ordered the wrong drink. It has a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. Entrances in the front and back to reduce congestion.
