This one used to be super fast and I'm not sure what they have changed but since they've opened back up they suck. Every time I play some mobile order it tells me 4 to 6 minutes I expect it to be closer to around 10 however when it turns out to be 15 to 20 minutes and I walk into the store and they're fully staffed and somebody is standing there doing nothing. The shift manager is a blonde and all she was like oh I'm so sorry. Get some good Management in there and get these employees actually doing their job. 2 visits ago we placed our order from the app only 2 drinks and took over half hour to get our items, go back a week ago again put our order in on the app, instead of walking in we went to drive thru and she was not very Friendly and kept helping another batista on the computer and seem to ignore us, not very professional Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Frappuccino
