Came in and waited behind someone who changed his mind about a gift card. Not once did the person at the counter or the manager Wendy apologize for the wait. When we finally ordered my daughter asked for a hot chocolate and was asked if she wanted it hot or cold. My order name was Sorry, since not once did either person apologize for the wait. The Burger meat was dry and cold like it had been cooked for a while. The cheese didn't even melt. The Quality of the food definitely could be better. Like it was back in the day. My friend and I came in at 8:45 and when we walked up to the counter, a worker asked us if we were ordering. (What else would we be doing?) I love the apple crisp coffee. It's probably my favorite. I always have a good experience. I'm not an expert in Starbucks lingo. I generally go with my little sister who is fluent in Starbucks lol if you're new, definitely take an expert. Price per person $1–10

Ma y people like/love Starbucks. My personal taste is coffee is to bitter. Carthage just opened a competitor site that really resonates with me as yes it is a drive over to Carthage, but my coffee buying will be full time at other location......ok it's Dunkin Doughtnuts. The service isn't bad, but the wait is pretty long. I've waited in the drive-thru for around 15-20 minutes before and their drive-thru isn't that long. I'm not sure why it's that slow, but it doesn't seem super efficient but the one further down range line I waited at for at least 20 minutes if not 30.
