Martha is NOT front window quality! She is nice before you get up to the window. She don't acknowledge me, she shoves the chip reader in your face. No have a great day, not even eye contact once she sees me. (really hoping its not because im black) & I been holding on to this complaint for awhile. (kill ppl with kindness) but today she shoves the card reader in my face and snaps on me "YOU NEED TO SELECT AN OPTION" when there literally was no option, it simply said "Welcome to starbucks" i got no apology. I wont be back. I really think it's because of my complexion. Wont be back in that drive thru as im starting to feel away. It's literally ONLY Martha.

Literally order 15/20 minutes ahead! This place is situated right next to the expressways and is EXTRAORDINARILY busy! They always get my order how I like it, they rarely ever see my face but know I'm a regular and always shout "hi/bye!" While I literally slip in and out of the store with the quickness. I’ve been here a ton and I always consistently get amazing drinks and service! The real defining reason I wanted to write this review is my experience with Martha. Terrible service. The wait times were atrocious today. Missed an important appointment because of the delay. It took 25minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. Had only 3 baristas manning the place with like a million orders. Hire more people for busy times or schedule breaks properly. Also next time, be transparent and inform the customers if there is going to be delay. We might have important things to do and can’t be waiting thinking that our order is next one up. CLAIRE is the most phenomenal barista on the planet! I cannot even express how awesome her upbeat personality is. I. And through the drive through with a huge drink order & she was hilarious & so incredibly happy, it was so refreshing. The barista, I think her name is Augustine, makes my day every time I go in there. Always draws cute pictures, always greets me & every other customer, & always makes the drink perfect. She’s a rockstar

I literally just got home from picking up something for my girlfriend and I, but this location has some of the kindest baristas I’ve ever met, I HAD to say something. I used to be a partner, so I know the typical standards, and these baristas go above and beyond every time. Specifically, whomever was working the window today around 1pm, and another person who I recognized as the person who asked to take a picture of my dog, are the sweetest. They drew on Titan’s pup cup, and it made my day! I love this crew, and I hope the siren treats them well because they deserve it ❤️ it makes me so happy to see my baby boy on the window, and they’re all amazing!!! Quick friendly service & a good amount of space to work or chat! Parking up front looks tight, but there's plenty more in back & another entrance right next to the drive through.
