This location has the most rude and stuck up employees I've ever seen , specifically this one girl and this one guy that work there . If you like snobby people , this is your place to go , if not , id find another Starbucks location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. This might as well become a drive though ONLY service location. People behind the counter ignore inside customers over handling drive through business. The people that do service the counter will ignore you completely until they are ready. I waited fifteen minutes in line to be told they have no coffee because their brewer ‘broke.” Attentive service is a missing attribute. Time to short sell Starbucks stock. When someone gets the same drink everyday, expect them to know what it should taste like. When they let you know something is wrong, being rude and letting them know that “she is a really good barista” and turning your back on them doesn’t keep people coming back. 151 just gained a customer. I’m not sure why all the low reviews, every place has off days, but this was the best Starbucks staff and experience I have had. The team working today was so kind and professional and my drink is great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I guess when you order a carafe it takes a back seat to everything else. Waiting for 40 minutes while they blatantly ignore my order that’s just sitting there. Oh and god forbid you say anything as a customer asking how long is it gonna take. They will be all nice to you but its obvious they mess with you if you complain. Ordered at 10:15. Still haven’t gotten my coffee. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
