Walked in today, 02-28-2024 @ 12pm noon. No verbal greeting or acknowledgement of our existence. 3-5 minutes passed until we decided to eat elsewhere. Only as we exited, were we acknowledged with a " have a nice day." I will be surprised with all recent local closings of other businesses within the Victor Valley, that they are still in business.

I wasnt impressed getting a dry hamburger without any sauce within bun. Thankfully, there was ketchup and mustard on the table to add flavor to the burger meat that didnt seem seasoned at all. Shake was enormous, but not great flavor either. Sorry, just my outake as other reviews reflected better - guess Im just picky on my food more than most. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Employees were very friendly and quickly took our order. Our drinks were at the table just as soon as we sat down, and our food was delivered shortly after. The food was amazing and was hot and fresh. The dining room, as well as the restrooms, were very clean and spotless. Plenty of seating and plenty of parking. I absolutely adore Steak 'n Shake! They consistently offer high-quality, delicious food at an affordable price. My only wish is that they had more locations, so more people could enjoy their fantastic offerings. Every time I step into Steak 'n Shake, I'm instantly transported back in time by their classic interior design. It's a wonderful touch that adds to the overall dining experience. The burgers, a highlight of their menu, are still made the same way as they were 50 years ago – a testament to their commitment to tradition and quality. A highlight of our trips to and from Las Vegas is always the stop at the Victorville location. It's become a cherished ritual for us. On my recent visit, I decided to switch things up and swapped the usual fries for a cup of their chili. It was a delightful surprise – rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned. Came here cause last I ate at one was in Indiana. Staff were beyond friendly. And they included a free fries for two people as a reward/apology for the wait? Either way very thankful for the thoughtfulness and great food Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
