We just stopped in to grab some supper and we were greeted by the rudest employee. It started with ‘what do you want’ in a barely auditable tone, followed by minimal questions regarding what we were trying to order. Then was completely ignored through the rest of our ordering process. I tried to end the experience in a positive tone in case they were having a rough night by saying ‘Thank you and have a great night’ but was met with being ignored and finger nails being picked instead. Normally I do not have issue but I can not believe the poor customer service and down right disrespect. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The Subway in mason city is on Indian Head drive was a horrible experience the girl working there acting like she hated her job and was making our sandwich sloppy throwing stuff around being very rude and did not cut our subs in half or give us a bag to carry them out she seemed like she was having a fight with another employee but still that's no reason to take it out on your customers very unprofessional Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
