When my mom and I were in there today at 3:00 the ingredients were wilted and just didn’t look good. There was a dirty cleaning rag left on one table, the service was super slow, and the sandwiches that my mom and I got were way overcooked. Everything tasted like soap. The cookies were super low supply. About the only thing that was good here were the drinks. Over by the soda fountain is dirty and sticky. It doesn’t look like anything has been cleaned. The cookies were also either overcooked or undercooked. On 07/11/2023 we went in and I found a hair. This is a reoccurring problem I have with subway. Waited for 10 minutes for a worker to come back inside even though they had left the cash register wide open while they were gone. When the worker came in, i was told about ten minutes before close that me and my friends would not be served by Cole Barrows, then was told that we were 86ed from being allowed in there at all even though I have never once had a problem going there before, he then threatened me and friends to call security down if we did not leave immediately and got irate and yelled at us to get out.
