Clients don't highly appreciate chicken at this restaurant. From the visitors' viewpoint, employees are good here. A lot of reviewers note that the service is enjoyable. But google users haven't given Subway a high rating.

This is in regards to the subway inside Walmart in Elkin NC..I don't recommend anyone to eat there!! I got hard bread & 4 little pieces of turkey!! Like the bread was old & the tortilla my mom got was old..the lettuce was brown..just horrible..It was the worst food I have ever had at a subway anywhere!! No wonder there was no one eating there!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Prices are getting outrageous, spent $50 on 2 little pizzas and 3 sandwiches. Was not worth that, we could have ate better a chili's for that price, staff is sloppy at making food they put no care into the quality of what they sell. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The photos you see here ARE NOT from the Elkin location....they are from the Subway located in Walmart in Wilkesboro....Elkin location needs training on cleanliness and food safety. I went to order at Elkin location lettuce was browning and bell peppers looked slimmy. As the owner was leaving i stopped her and told her she might want to take a look at veggies as they were brown and slimmy....she just thanked me and continued to leave. Didnt even walk over and look. Two minutes later her husband came back so i thought ....he's gonna look into it. WRONG, he went to back came out with some meat and left...didnt even look at the veggie case....no concern for public safety in my opinion... So, Elkin (Walmart location) reach out to Wilkesboro (Walmart location) and GET SOME TRAINING!!

The girl who was working all alone was doing everything she could to run this busy shop & take care of everything on her own. However, people were getting upset because stock was low and the wait was too long. She maintained professional & worked nonstop but she shouldn't have to do all that on her own & have to explain & apologize for the delay & product shortages to all the unhappy customers. She deserves a raise to put up with all that & management should be there helping or hire more help. Sad to see Subway overworking & underpaying another employee who is doing everything on their own. Sad to treat staff like that. The food that was available was good, fresh & well prepared.

Girl working in there was very rude! I walked up to counter and she gruffly told me it will be a while I have 5 subs to make. She acted like she hates her job. So over people who don't want to do their job. I walked out and went to Chick-fil-A where I was treated with kindness. Lessons in manners are needed at Subway!

If I could give zero stars I would.Went and got 4 foot long subs from here tonight. Was very very disappointed. Went in and all 3 workers were outside smoking. Then when ordering had to keep telling them multiple times what I wanted when they was trying to close the sub. Then get home to find out there Rotisserie chicken wasn't any good and had bad smell to it. Then the Pepperoni was brown and had a smell to it. My children love eating at subway but this one in Walmart we will not be back to. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint. And I will be calling health department Atwell. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Disgusting.....lettuce was pink, none of the veggies were fresh and the chicken was dry and flavorless. Glad I don't live here because if this is how they feed people it's lazy and inconsiderate. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
