I frequent this location weekly. Chelle, Ki, and Lexis always have a smile for me and other patrons. They also know my order/orders, which makes my life easier! These ladies keep things running smoothly and efficiently, even when they run out of critical ingredients. So, when one of the managers has to leave the location during a busy service time (lunchtime) to purchase things such as lettuce and spinach, they always make sure the patrons are satisfied. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE occasions and hope that the problem is rectified to make these excellent customer service representatives’/sandwich artists’ job a little easier. The staff is the main reason I frequent this location. I hope positive reviews reach the staff, because I have worked in an industry where my team members and I were only notified of negative reviews and complaints, which was not great for team building or morale! I love Subway but this particular one made me a little mad because unlike the one on Lady’s Island they made my sandwich so sloppy that I didn’t even want to eat it.
