Waiting in line for 20 minutes and then was ignored and she helped the next person behind and had then order at the register and not the line that was formed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well, the sandwich was good, but apparently the reduced capacity individual that made the sandwich probably shouldn’t be working with people. 12//22/22 Haha… well it seems like you think that the ends justify the means so basically what you’re saying is when cops brutalizing beat people because it’s in the name of justice, it’s legit. So you can bark and grunt at people yeah because you’re trying to make a living it’s justified. Well folks why would you buy stuff here? Because this guy can’t take criticism he’ll make a sandwich for you and because he’s making a living it’s OK. There are plenty of other subway sandwiches here in Medford and I will never go to your store ever again because you’re making a living. You can just do whatever you want to.

I know they are understaffed but we were the only ones ordering and lady still gave us burnt bread for warmed sandwiches 🥪 😕 go to heroes and get a good sandwich.

The lady was very helpful to my son and listened attentively as he told her his order. My son has a habit of speaking softly due to his social anxiety and has a speech delay with occasional stutter. We really appreciated her, and he was happy with his sandwich.

This location never had just plain Italian White bread. Been having a problem with this location for 6 months, and another location here in the valley as well. I was asked to contact the regional manager and I did so back in march. I have never heard back anything from the company so I've just written them off. Today's visit was literally for 1 bag of chips.

When Subway first started it was in all right place to go get the food nowadays most of the meats that you get on the Subway sandwiches are so thin that you could almost see through them and most people blow their nose on it would blow a hole right through them and that is why the Subway is no longer sandwich of my own personal choice because I don't like having to pay extra money for paper thin meats that you still have to order double in order to find

"Subway, eat fresh!" ... Ya no! I dislike Subway. It is not fresh. Not very good. And service is very slow at times. I get food poisoning from it a lot. I only recommend it if you need something to eat fast and you are traveling.🤷‍♀️
